Chris Yonker - Owner, Founder

Chris Yonker is a father, husband, martial artist and world-leading resource for business owners. His proprietary process helps clients move beyond what is hindering their self-realization, while allowing them to take quantum leaps in their growth and transformation. Many of Chris’s clients say the process of working with him leads to profound healing, deep peace, better relationships, and higher levels of happiness in their lives. Chris is self-proclaimed recovering work-a-holic. He is a foodie, a wine connoisseur, and enjoys cycling, surfing, fishing and-- as a child of the 70s-- a good classic rock show.

Jolie Yonker - Director of Well-Being

Jolie Yonker is our Director of Well-Being and the Founder/Director of East Coast Yoga Club. As a certified lineage-based yoga teacher, Jolie creates corporate wellness programs and works 1:1 with clients who crave life balance. Her super power is helping others unplug from the busyness of life to connect more fully with themselves, resulting in a greater sense of ease, peace and joy. When not on the mat, you can find Jolie lacing up her running shoes, spending time with friends, and exploring the world with her husband and daughter.

Thomas Shields - Optimal Vision Coach

Thomas is our Optimal Vision Coach aka The Optimalogist. His superpower is his incredible insightfulness and unique ability to see the best in others when they can’t. He helps clients to refocus and get clear about their Vision and Purpose in their work and life while getting clear of the invisible restraints that keep them from being, living and giving their best. When not working, Thomas enjoys sports, music and travel.

Kristi Baxster - Consultant

Kristi Baxter is a mind shifter, mental fitness trainer and thought partner to extraordinary individuals. As a trusted guide she helps people identify and purse a created life by clarifying goals, identifying and removing self-imposed obstacles and creating the space to make magic. Her superpower is helping people change the lens through which they experience their life. When not working, Kristi loves spending time with her family, hiking, biking, boating, beaching, cooking, creating, traveling and laughing out loud.

Erin McNulty - Business Development Manager

Erin McNulty is our Business Development Manager. She is responsible for seeking out where our team can add the most value to individuals, organizations and events. Her super power is in human connection and she is gifted in connecting with others on a deeply intuitive level. When not working, Erin enjoys writing poetry, reading far too many books at the same time, and scrambling up mountains with her two young children.

Caitlin Blundell - Controller

Caitlin Blundell is our Controller. She is responsible for the accounting functions for the business, including invoicing and financial statement analysis. Caitlin's superpower is creating order from chaos through organization and routines. In addition, she enjoys spending time in nature exploring the ocean through sailing and land by hiking with her husband and two sons.

Ted Kulawiak is a highly respected sought-after sales management, leadership
coach and business consultant. As the president of Ted Kaye Sales Management
Training LLC, Ted utilizes his significant business experience coupled with a personalized and innovative problem-solving approach to guide clients to reach their desired business goals. He held senior sales leadership and training
positions in the advertising and media sales industry, selling television, direct mail, outdoor, and newspaper advertising space over the course of 25 years, the majority of which he spent working for the 3M Company in their national advertising division.

Emily Lafferty - Analyst

Emily Lafferty is an Analyst. She is responsible for presenting evidence-based research to guide decision making. Emily's superpower is her ability to transform large and complex sets of data and qualitative information into meaningful insights that can transform processes for desired outcomes. She is co-owner of a business with her husband affording her the opportunity to live and breathe family business. Exploring the outdoors with her family, playing fiddle in an ensemble, and creating art with anodized titanium are a few of many things that bring her joy.
