    Through his own personal work and study, and his work with entrepreneurs, Executives, Athletes, and Celebrities Chris has created a proprietary process that leverages principles from eastern philosophy, NLP, principles of health and wellness and the habits of the Elite.

    Her super power is helping others unplug from the busyness of life to connect more fully with themselves, resulting in a greater sense of ease, peace and joy. When not on the mat, you can find Jolie lacing up her running shoes, spending time with friends, and exploring the world with her husband and daughter.
