About Chris, Our Family Well-Being Coach
Executive Leadership Coach: Focused on developing self-awareness, self-regulation, and decision-making skills, Chris supports leaders in achieving higher states of personal and professional fulfillment.
Trauma-Informed Coach: Trained in trauma-informed practices, Chris addresses deep-seated triggers and promotes healing within families individuals and leadership teams, fostering a safer and more attuned environment. He is currently studying with Thomas Hubl.
Mystic and Holistic Practitioner: With a background in mysticism, Chris guides clients through deep, transformative work, ensuring alignment with their personal and spiritual growth.
Martial Arts and Yoga Practioner: As a 7th Degree Tenured Master Black Belt in Karate and a student of Ashtanga Yoga under Eddie Stern, Chris incorporates principles of discipline, mindfulness, and physical wellbeing into his coaching.
Meditation and Mindfulness Advocate: Trained in TM meditation and mentored by Deepak Chopra, Chris emphasizes the importance of mental clarity and stress management through meditation practices.
