Enrollment Process
Begin with a simple application, followed by a conversation to ensure alignment with the program's goals and community. Space is limited to 12 per group to maintain a personalized and impactful experience. Fees: There is an investment involved in the participation in this group, and has been priced to ensure a return on investment for your organization. We will discuss further on your first call after your application is completed.
What Happens at the End Of the Year?
Upon completion, participants have the option to continue their growth by re-engaging with the next cycle of the program or pursuing further one-on-one coaching with advisors from The Center for Conscious Living and Fulfillment, ensuring sustained development and success.

Amanda Laden has over 20 years of working with leaders to align people and growth. She is passionate about helping leaders and businesses acquire fresh insights, answer critical business questions, and accelerate business growth. Helping business owners and leaders realize their entrepreneurial capacity and dreams runs in Amanda’s DNA and passion for helping others.
In addition, Amanda has led teams on 5 continents, and traveled to over 50 countries. She has worked across a variety of industries including wine and spirits, manufacturing, healthtech, and many more. Her unique perspective on life and business helps leaders to tap into their own authenticity and joy in the workplace.
Chris Yonker
Chris Yonker, CFBA, specializes in helping family enterprises navigate the intricate and unique aspects of both being related and owning a business. He is a Certified Family Business Advisor accredited through The Family Firm Institute. Chris helps to consciously navigate the challenges of succession, leadership transitions and family conflict, while creating long-term strategies for business continuity.
Dubbed a “Life Journey Sherpa,” Chris’ holistic approach allows each individual in the family to be seen as an integral piece to the work. He uses his experience as a Neuro- Linguistic practitioner, a student of Philosophy and Psychology, and a thought leader on Personal Performance and Transformation to create a one-of-a-kind methodology that fuses heart and soul — helping families achieve extraordinary results that become permanent ways of being.
