I have been coaching with Chris for over 5 years. He has been able to point out things to me I could not see and show me how to improve them. I love Chris’ authenticity—you never wonder where he stands. I don’t like downtime and appreciate his direct approach. I owe a lot to Chris, as his coaching has helped me be one of the top performers at the division of 3M where I work.
