I began working with Chris early in 2014. My leadership team and I were very reluctant to bring on a consultant. The transformation I have seen in my leadership team has been remarkable. They have become more focused and more dedicated to our common goal than ever before.
We have gone from a group of 10 individual players focused on our specialties, to a true team of engaging, challenging and accountable leaders. Chris has helped us stay focused on the big picture when daily distractions cause chaos within the organization. He has taught us to look at ourselves first before placing blame on others. This has resulted in all of us becoming better versions of ourselves.
