Coaching the C-Suite

I recently came across an article in Fortune Magazine about Tony Robbins, “The CEO Whisperer,” which goes into detail about Robbins’ unique approach to coaching C-Suite executives and the impact his work has had on many multi-billion dollar companies. The article states that “his ability is to help successful people not only take their performance to the next level, but also find personal fulfillment in the process.”

Further, it emphasizes the importance of finding the right coach to propel you toward success–especially as a C-Suite executive. Part of Robbins’ ascent to the level of personal success and mastery he has achieved can be attributed to being mentored by highly skilled individuals such as John Grinder and Wyatt Woodsmall (whom I’ve also worked with). When you are already a high performer, the usual strategies and advice are no longer enough. You don’t need a babysitter. You need someone who can help you perfect every aspect of your life: physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. You require an approach that combines all of these aspects along with smart business strategy and incredible instinctual ability to plug people back into their own orbit and bring them to a higher level.
